Violet Romero

Hey there, I’m Violet—a Registered Dietitian with a taste for the unconventional! I’m all about functional nutrition, using lab work and science-backed methods to dive deeper into health beyond just the basics. My approach helps you understand the "why" behind your nutrition, so you can make informed decisions that truly work for you.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition & Dietetics, and I’m passionate about empowering people to take charge of their health through food. I believe in making nutrition work for your lifestyle, not the other way around.

When I’m not guiding clients, I’m usually at the gym getting a good sweat, enjoying the benefits of a cold plunge, or relaxing in the sauna with a little red light therapy. These are just a few of the ways I keep myself feeling energized and balanced, and I encourage my clients to find their own rhythm of wellness.

Karina Franco

Hi there, I'm Karina, a degreed nutritionist with a passion for good food and great health. With 5 years of experience under my belt, I've helped clients take action with their nutrition goals, whether that means shedding a few pounds or improving their athletic performance.

 

I take a no-nonsense approach to nutrition - I won't bore you with complicated jargon or fad diets. Instead, I focus on the simple things, like eating more vegetables and drinking enough water. (Trust me, it works.)

 

When I'm not whipping up healthy meal plans, you can find me diving deeper into the world of nutrition, and food hacks, or at the gym breaking a sweat. I believe that good health is all about balance - and that includes indulging in the occasional slice of cake.
